I am used to being yelled at, the Director can be very temperamental. At this point I would only like to be my later years to be different. Listening to people whine about their shortcomings becomes tedious after all those years. They think their complaints are not as mundane as a fast food customer's, but they often are. To a sometimes disenheartening extent, honestly.
